This Privacy Policy describes how Byron Low (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you visit byronlow.com. This site is primarily informational. It describes Executive Orientation methodologies and related services.
Information You Choose to Provide
Email. If you contact Byron Low by email at byron@byronlow.com, you voluntarily provide your email address and the contents of your message. Email is handled through standard email services. This information is used to respond to your inquiry.
Scheduling. This site links to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, for booking a conversation. Any information you submit through Calendly (such as your name, email address, and availability) is collected and handled under Calendly’s own privacy practices.
Information Collected Automatically
No first-party analytics or cookies. The Phase 1 pages of this site do not use first-party analytics, tracking scripts, or first-party cookies.
Google Fonts. This site uses Google Fonts for typeface rendering. When you load a page, your browser requests font files from Google’s servers. Google may receive your IP address, browser type, and device information as part of that standard request. Google’s use of this information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Hosting infrastructure. This site is hosted on infrastructure that may record standard technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, and browser signatures as part of normal operation. These records are not used for visitor tracking or profiling.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy (Calendly, Google Fonts, email infrastructure) or as required by law.
No Accounts, Forms, or Payments on Phase 1 Pages
The current Phase 1 informational pages do not include account creation, contact forms, payment processing, or self-guided interactive environments.
Legacy Pages
This site includes existing legacy pages from a prior website architecture that remain available during the transition. Those legacy pages may use different features, notices, or third-party services than the current Phase 1 pages.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have provided by contacting byron@byronlow.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the site evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
